We collect: account information (name, email, phone, company, GST); usage data; call recordings, transcripts, and lead scores; contact lists you upload; payment info via Razorpay; device and browser data.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve our AI calling services; process payments; send platform-related emails; ensure TRAI/DND compliance; generate analytics; provide customer support; detect fraud.
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Recordings stored in ISO 27001-certified data centres in India. We notify you within 72 hours of any data breach.
4. Data Retention
Account data: retained for subscription duration plus 90 days. Call recordings: 12 months. Contact lists: deleted within 30 days of account closure. Analytics: retained in anonymised form indefinitely.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. Exercise via privacy@callio.ai or Account Settings.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Razorpay (payments), AWS/Cloudflare (infrastructure), and analytics tools — all bound by strict data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.
