1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Callio, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
2. Permitted Use
Callio is for lawful business sales outreach only. Prohibited: spam, harassment, illegal activities, impersonation, uploading illegally-obtained contacts.
3. TRAI & DND Compliance
All calls are subject to TRAI regulations. Callio automatically filters DND numbers, synced daily. You are responsible for legitimately sourced contact lists.
4. Service Availability & SLA
Callio targets 99.5% uptime (Starter/Growth) and 99.9% (Scale). Scheduled maintenance windows excluded. SLA credits issued for shortfalls.
5. Intellectual Property
Callio retains all rights to the platform and AI models. You retain rights to your data. You grant Callio a limited licence to process data to provide services.
6. Payment Terms
Subscriptions billed monthly in INR. Failed payments: 3-day grace period. Prices include GST. Annual plans billed upfront. Overages at ₹0.80/minute.
7. Limitation of Liability
Callio's liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
