1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full refund within 7 calendar days of first payment. Email billing@callio.ai with your registered email and Razorpay order ID.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
After 7 days, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period. Cancel anytime; access continues until the paid period ends.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Refundable in full within 7 days. After 7 days, prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion.
4. Contact Purchase Credits
Non-refundable once data is delivered. Incorrect contacts replaced within 14 days upon written request.
5. Add-on Features
One-time add-ons are non-refundable once activated. Unused credits forfeited on account closure.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@callio.ai — Subject: 'Refund Request — [Your Account Email]'. Include Razorpay order ID. We acknowledge within 4 business hours.
